Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Manager to oversee our organization’s financial health and ensure sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while leading a team of finance professionals. The Financial Manager will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and optimizing cost management practices to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and general accounting functions.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting and cost management initiatives.
Conduct risk analysis and risk management assessments to identify potential financial threats and opportunities.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and investment activities to support business growth and expansion efforts.
Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Manage account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Supervise the finance team, providing leadership, training, and development to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify new revenue streams and investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Monitor industry trends in financial services to recommend innovative solutions for improved efficiency.
Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
Evaluate daily operations.
Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects.
Establish and implement policies and procedures.
Design and manage investment strategies.
Monitor financial control systems.
Manage contracts.
Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data.
Oversee the preparation of reports.
Manage cash.
Conduct variance analysis.
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Oversee payroll administration.
Conduct performance reviews.
Collect payments from debtors.
Project cash flow and financing requirements.
Administer budget.
Develop and implement business plans.
Assign financial projects and activities to workers in order to improve business decisions.
Skills Strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
Proven experience in corporate finance, budgeting, cost management, and investment analysis.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams effectively.
Proficiency in risk analysis and risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on business development opportunities.
Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Assign financial projects and activities to workers in order to improve business decisions.
Pay $30.00-$40.00 per hour
