Job Summary
As Payroll Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end payroll processing for a large workforce across multiple states, ensuring accurate and timely compensation while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multi‑entity payroll operations for up to 6,000+ employees.
- Design and maintain payroll systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and executive teams on payroll‑related matters.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed.
- Lead and mentor payroll staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing payroll operations for a large and diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and payroll software.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
- Experience with multi‑entity payroll setups and audit support is preferred.
