What You’ll Do
- Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, priorities, and follow-through
- Lead onboarding/offboarding and support benefits coordination
- Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with leave/time-off processes
- Prepare invoices, track receivables, and support A/P and cashflow tasks
- Assist with 1099s, year-end documents, and SOP maintenance
- Manage subscriptions, vendors, and insurance documentation
- Support office operations and travel logistics
- 2–4 years of experience in admin, HR, finance operations, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience with Quick Books, Google Workspace, and similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience welcomed
