Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $25.00 to $35.00 DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a polished, dependable, and highly organized Receptionist / Operations Manager to support daily operations at the Tudor Professional Building in Anchorage. This dual‑function role blends front‑facing receptionist duties with property management and building operations responsibilities, making it an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced professional environment and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and make reminder calls
  • Distribute mail and handle copying, faxing, and other general clerical duties as needed
  • Collect rent payments from tenants and client payments for participating businesses
  • Show available office spaces to prospective tenants and process rental applications
  • Send weekly operational and occupancy reports to the corporate office
  • Act as liaison between corporate and the businesses utilizing shared receptionist services
  • Obtain screening forms and intake documents from clients on behalf of tenant businesses
  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning services for the building and individual businesses
  • Maintain clean and tidy common areas in between scheduled professional cleanings
  • Schedule and manage maintenance requests and coordinate building vendor services
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • At least 2 years of administrative or office management experience required
  • At least 1 year of property management experience preferred
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, front‑facing presence
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Comfortable handling tenant and client payments with accuracy and discretion
  • Proficiency in basic office software and equipment including phone systems, copiers, and fax
  • Reliable, punctual, and self‑directed with minimal need for supervision
