As a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EXECUTIVE SCHEDULER), you will serve as an Executive Assistant and Scheduler that reports directly to the Federal Co‑Chair. The incumbent supports the mission of Denali Commission by assisting the Federal Co‑Chair in a wide variety of administrative and program support efforts.
For the GS-09
, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Experience maintaining calendars, scheduling, and planning events for management.
- Experience resolving conflicting appointments and communicating with nonprofit, tribal organizations, or private sector.
Alternatively, you may qualify by meeting one or more of the following educational criteria:
- Master's or equivalent graduate degree.
- 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
- LL.B. or J.D., if related.
- Combination of education and experience.
