** Express Lube Advisor
** who is passionate about customer service and automotive care. This role is a key part of our service team, ensuring customers receive a best-in-class experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up.

** Responsibilities
* ** Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
* Identify, confirm, and help resolve customer concerns
* Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
* Ensure technicians clearly understand customer needs
* Clearly explain recommended services and repairs to customers
* Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain consistent communication throughout the service process
** Qualifications
* ** Strong communication and customer service skills
* Effective time management and organizational abilities
* Ability to type efficiently and accurately enter repair orders
* Basic computer skills and understanding of cost calculations
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
* Automotive service experience preferred but not required
