What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support end-to-end enterprise service delivery including agent pre-onboarding, licensing, contracting, and certifications
  • Independently handle complex tasks such as escalations, report analysis, and communication to key stakeholders
  • Manage projects while coordinating with clients, carriers, third parties, and other company services
  • Monitor and track service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure SOPs for processing are up to date and match requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and active listening abilities
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Working knowledge of administrative systems and collaboration tools (Web Ex Teams, Microsoft Teams)
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
