Contracts Admin

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay:$31.50-38/hr DOE

Schedule:Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Are you detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about regulatory compliance? We are seeking an SBA Compliance Coordinator to support our organization's compliance with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain SBA compliance tracking tools and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate SBA reports in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Interpret and apply SBA regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements.
  • Monitor compliance risks and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain SAM.gov registrations and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with business units and corporate departments to ensure consistent regulatory compliance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and compliance analyses to support decision‑making.
  • Serve as a liaison with SBA representatives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, contracts administration, government contracting, project accounting, or SBA business programs.
  • Knowledge of SBA regulations, FAR, and federal compliance requirements preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
