Pape Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Parts & Service Department Coordinator to join our team in Anchorage, AK. What You’ll DoAs the Parts & Service Department Coordinator, you will manage incoming and outgoing service department work, enter and manage work order data through internal programs, staff the reception desk and parts counter, dispatch technicians, assist with safety inspections and paperwork, prepare warranty paperwork, monitor reimbursements, provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone, and ship and receive parts. You must be a detailed person who enjoys working at a fast pace and has a winning attitude.
WhatYou Need
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Prior history with parts counter sales or service is required; mechanical aptitude is helpful.
- Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling equipment market are preferred.
USD 22–26.50 per hour (depending on experience).
