Job Overview
As a Proposal Manager at Brice Solutions LLC you will work in Anchorage, AK or within the lower 48 and be responsible for supporting proposal strategies that meet organizational objectives. The role requires personal initiative and critical thinking to complete duties with minimal guidance in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Senior Proposal Manager, Directors and Capture Managers to develop proposal strategies, win themes, and manage the complete proposal lifecycle.
- Perform technical writing, proposal layout, RFP compliance, reviews, revisions, and production of high‑quality, compliant final documents for submission.
- Lead or support the overall process for development of proposals, including integrating proposal templates, source material, qualification write‑ups, and production workflows.
- Establish, communicate and manage the proposal development and production schedule; publish updates to the proposal team as adjustments occur.
- Coordinate all proposal phases, activities and milestones such as tracking, kick‑off meetings, team meetings, data calls, and proposal reviews.
- Review proposals daily and work with writers to achieve content deadlines.
- Manage “Sources Sought” and “Statement of Qualifications” submissions and support project teams with technical writing as needed.
- Collaborate with various groups within Calista, Calista Brice and multiple client organizations.
- Perform other duties as directed; the position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- 3–5 years in federal proposal development, including experience with federal RFP structures and SF330 formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Strong technical writing and editing experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
