• Serve as the primary parts resource for the service department -- supplying technicians with the right parts, at the right time, with accuracy and efficiency
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty transactions using dealership management software
• Maintain accurate inventory levels -- receiving, stocking, and organizing parts to ensure availability and minimize delays on the service floor
• Identify and source parts across Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen catalogs -- navigating multiple manufacturer systems with confidence
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to anticipate parts needs and keep repair workflows moving without interruption
• Monitor and communicate parts availability, lead times, and back‑order status so the service team can set accurate expectations with guests
• Support obsolescence control and inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Build strong working relationships with manufacturer representatives and wholesale suppliers

• Previous dealership parts experience preferred -- Porsche, Audi, or Volkswagen brand familiarity a strong plus
• Mechanical or technical background welcome -- hands‑on automotive knowledge translates well to the back counter
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized -- accuracy in parts identification and inventory management is non‑negotiable
• Comfortable working across multiple manufacturer parts systems and DMS platforms
• Strong communicator -- able to work efficiently with technicians and service advisors in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities without losing accuracy
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A team‑first mindset -- the service department’s success depends on yours

• $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
