Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Travel: Minimal
What You'll Do- Lead the development, coordination, formatting, and submission of proposals, bids, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and other client solicitations.
- Collaborate with Operations and technical staff to gather project information, pricing, resumes, project experience, and supporting documentation.
- Write, edit, proofread, and organize proposal content that is clear, accurate, and fully compliant with solicitation requirements.
- Design visually appealing proposal packages, graphics, organizational charts, timelines, and other supporting materials using Canva or similar software.
- Maintain proposal schedules, submission checklists, templates, and proposal libraries.
- Monitor federal, state, municipal, tribal, and commercial procurement websites for new contracting opportunities.
- Coordinate internal bid/no‑bid discussions and track proposal opportunities through the pursuit process.
- Maintain company registrations, certifications, and compliance documentation required for government contracting, including SAM.gov and other procurement systems.
- Support Operations leadership with strategic growth initiatives, capability statements, presentations, and marketing materials.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret solicitation requirements and develop clear, professional proposal responses.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience preparing proposals, bids, tenders, grant applications, or government contracting submissions.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
- Familiarity with SAM.gov and other government procurement platforms.
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, logistics, industrial services, transportation, oil and gas, or related industries.
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and proposal compliance requirements.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
