About the Role

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a growing pediatric dental practice in Anchorage that is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Treatment Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you’ll help create an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining provider and hygiene schedules, collecting payments, and ensuring the front office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, self‑motivated, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused setting.

What

You’ll Do
  • Welcome patients and families while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate provider and hygiene schedules to maximize efficiency.
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth patient experience.
  • Collect patient payments and assist with insurance‑related questions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and complete general administrative duties.
  • Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and the clinical team to support daily office operations.
  • Help create a positive and welcoming environment for every patient.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of dental or medical office experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Hygiene Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, or similar front office role.
  • Dentrix experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling patient payments and working with numbers.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, professional, dependable, and compassionate.
  • Enjoys working with children and families.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
