Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Director of Business Improvement to champion organizational excellence and drive meaningful change across our diverse programs and operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education on a two-for-one basis).
  • Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in business management, property management, operations, or a related field.
