The Project Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Anchorage, AK. This position supports the planning, coordination, and monitoring of oilfield and energy-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project deliverables, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting project managers with scheduling and resource coordination. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing customer service to client representatives, and assisting with basic sales or bid support activities.
The Project Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve project workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
