The General Laborer / Construction Assist Laborer supports construction, maintenance, and repair projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and performing general labor tasks at job sites. This role involves material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and basic construction duties to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and willing to learn. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry while working in a fast-paced environment.

5/8 or 4/10 schedules based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 70lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions. Work Environment:
Indoor and Outdoor work in residential and commercial settings. Licensing:
Valid Driver's license required. Personal reliable transportation to and from sites required. Probationary Period:

Responsibilities- Assist construction crews with general labor tasks, including excavation, digging, site preparation, and material handling.
- Support carpenters with basic carpentry assistance, demolition, framing prep, and cleanup.
- Assist with maintenance crew activities, including repairs, routine maintenance, and work-order-based tasks.
- Participate in summer labor crews, supporting construction and excavation operations as assigned.
- Assist winter snow removal crews, including shoveling, snow blowing, ice control, and site cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements.
- Perform additional labor and support tasks as assigned based on seasonal and operational needs.
