Spring and summer bring peak construction activity across Alaska, and our clients are ramping up for a busy season. Opti Staffing Group is currently hiring Temporary Construction Laborers to assist with short‑term and project‑based assignments throughout Anchorage and the Mat‑Su Valley.

• Assist with general labor tasks on active construction sites
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Support skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and operators
• Perform site clean‑up, debris removal, and basic site prep
• Dig trenches, sweep, and maintain organized job sites
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Follow all safety protocols and directions from site supervisors

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices is a plus
