  • Coordinate daily with internal teams, contractors, design professionals, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep projects progressing smoothly.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions, action items, and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Review contractor progress, including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders, and provide timely responses and recommendations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive service and high‑quality project outcomes.
  • Support senior leaders in client communications, issue resolution, and strategic decision‑making for complex initiatives.
  • Work closely with a team of approximately 20 project managers in the Anchorage office to share knowledge and coordinate project delivery.
  • Partner with senior project managers and the Area Leader on complex or high‑visibility projects to ensure successful execution.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
  • Maintain and update project schedules and budgets, ensuring accuracy and transparency for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, contract terms, and applicable local regulations and codes.
  • Support remote and rural project delivery across Alaska, including coordination of logistics and site visits as needed.
Essential Skills

  • Strong experience supporting vertical construction projects such as commercial, institutional, or healthcare facilities, typically between $1–5M in scope.

  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively and to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment and collaborate closely with other project managers and senior leaders.
  • Hands‑on approach to project management, with a focus on accountability, problem‑solving, and proactive risk management.
