Pay: $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience

Spring is construction season in Alaska, and many of our clients are gearing up for a busy year. Opti Staffing Group is actively hiring Construction Laborers to support a variety of projects across Anchorage and the Mat Su Valley. These roles offer an opportunity to gain hands on experience, work with respected local contractors, and build a long term career in the trades.

Opti Staffing Group works closely with some of Alaska’s most established construction companies to connect skilled and motivated workers with quality opportunities. Our team understands the local construction market and is committed to helping candidates find steady work with reputable employers.

• Assist crews with site preparation, material movement, and general job site tasks
• Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment
• Support carpenters, equipment operators, and skilled trades on active job sites
• Dig trenches, move materials, and assist with site clean up
• Use basic hand tools and power tools as directed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain organized work areas
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule by supporting daily crew operations

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a crew
• Previous construction or labor experience is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with basic tools or job site safety practices is a plus
• OSHA 10 or similar safety certifications are beneficial but not required

• Weekly pay
