$100,000 - $140,000 per year | Anchorage, AK | On-Site | Permanent

A well‑established general contractor in the Anchorage market is looking to bring on a Construction Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. This is a stable team with a strong backlog of work and a reputation for delivering quality projects across the region.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication
• Review subcontractor scopes, buyout, and contracts
• Track costs, change orders, and overall project financials
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• 5+ years of experience working for a general contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
