Construction Project Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

A well-established general contractor in the Anchorage market is looking to bring on a Construction Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field leadership, clients, and subcontractors.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication
• Review subcontractor scopes, buyout, and contracts
• Track costs, change orders, and overall project financials
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• 5+ years of experience working for a general contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
