Construction Laborer

Location: Anchorage

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Temporary Assignment

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to assist with various job site tasks and general labor duties. Responsibilities will vary daily and may include cleaning, moving materials, and maintaining safe and organized work areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Clean and remove construction debris and materials from job sites.
• Sweep floors, parking lots, and other work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Move furniture, equipment, and materials, including carrying items up and down stairs.
• Clean and organize storage containers and work areas.
• Assist with general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Perform other duties as needed to support construction projects.

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, standing, and climbing stairs.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
