Job Title: Customer Service Attendant

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Specify availability)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant at our Cyber Express Detail Center. This position is key to providing a positive experience for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of daily services. As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll greet customers, assist with selecting services, process payments, and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.

You’ll be our valued customers' first point of contact and help create an efficient and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages and services
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility, including lobby, restroom, and exterior areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a positive attitude
• Monitor the car wash line and assist with directing customers to appropriate bays or stations
• Perform routine checks of car wash equipment to ensure it’s functioning properly
• Promote membership programs and special offers to customers
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume situations
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., sweeping, cleaning)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
