ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing a strong understanding of both the business and the importance of building a supportive team. I was born and raised locally, which makes serving this community especially meaningful. Our office is made up of four team members, and we truly operate like a small family — we get along exceptionally well, support one another, and make time to enjoy working together.

We value work-life balance and cover licensing expenses, and our culture is built on positivity, dependability, and a great attitude. From team lunches to spa days and celebrating wins together, we believe a happy, connected team creates the best environment for success. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, reliable, and eager to be part of a close-knit group where good culture genuinely matters.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with the Heather Andrus Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance payments, claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
