Game Stop - 800 East Dimond Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing Game Stop.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure every guest receives top-notch guest service.;
Promote Game Stops unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.;
Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
