Assist passengers with a wheelchair and check-in processes with a friendly demeanor;
Operate wheelchair support systems, bookings, reservations, and related problem resolution;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;
Assist Ramp Service Agents to load/unload wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags;
Operate jetway and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software; manage related customer service issues for wheelchair-bound passengers
