iPostal1 is seeking Customer Service professionals for their Anchorage, Alaska location. This is an exciting opportunity with a paid two-week training starting on Day 1! You will support customers via phone, chat, and email in a vibrant team-oriented environment.
The role involves assisting customers with general inquiries, product support, and managing customer expectations. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. This is an in-office position, and remote work is not available.
