Pay: $4,000 - $7,000 per month based on performance

- Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Express Lube Advisor to join our growing team. You'll be the connection between our customers and service team, helping create a seamless, efficient service experience and identifying opportunities to deliver value and build lasting relationships. Whether you're experienced in automotive service advising or ready to grow your career in the industry, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

• Answer incoming calls and follow telephone standards.
• Greet customers, identify their concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Conduct a vehicle walk‑around to assess customer needs.
• Gain customer approval for recommended services and offer a multi‑point inspection.
• Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide accurate estimates, review inspection findings, and obtain approval for additional repairs.
• Dispatch repair orders efficiently and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle's repair status until completion.
• Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and complete the Sales‑to‑Service customer handoff.

• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
• Basic computer skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
