Bowling Center Staff

Under the supervision of the bowling center manager, operates the control counter in assignment of lanes, rental shoes, and locker space, and completes necessary paperwork for use of other facilities. Operates cash register, makes change, and accounts for all cash received. Responsible for reading the lanes, snack bar, and pro-shop cash registers at the end of assigned shifts. Insures deposits are made in a timely manner.

Monitors performance of bowling center personnel to insure maximum patron oriented service. Directs the activities of custodial workers on assigned shift. Handles complaints in a professional manner, recognizing that the complain has to be resolved to the patrons satisfaction. Performs other related duties as assigned.
