Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in manufacturing and selling high-quality paints and coatings, is looking for a Bilingual Multi-Location Branch Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role requires fluent bilingual capabilities and involves providing exceptional customer service across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will manage customer queries and complaints while supporting sales by providing detailed product information and maintaining customer satisfaction at all our retail branches.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner in multiple languages
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with multiple branches to ensure consistency of customer service standards
• Provide detailed information and advice on products based on customer needs
• Process transactions and manage customer data using our internal software
• Support promotional activities and product launches

Required Skills
