Lithia Kia of Anchorage is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and guide them through the service process. You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills are essential; valid driver's license required.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm.
