Receptionist, Dental ​/ Dentistry

Anchorage Dental Arts, is located in Midtown Anchorage and weare hiring for the exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team and to provide excellent customer service to our patients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making our dental patients feel welcome, like they're one of our family. One who loves to smile is committed to helping our practice grow.

• Greet patients and provide them with a warm & welcoming smile.
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Maintain patient records and ensure that all paperwork is up to date.
• Scheduling appointments
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments in a timely & friendly manner
• Follow up phone calls to schedule
• Collecting payments
• Provide general administrative support to the dental office with clear communication skills
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology

This position: please have at least 1 year of working in a dental practice, be reliable, friendly and customer service oriented.
