- Manage daily dental laboratory workflow, scheduling, and case prioritization
- Oversee and support a team of dental technicians while ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Design and produce dental restorations, including:
- Full-arch implant restorations
- Crown and bridge cases
- Printed and milled dentures
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, fit, function, and esthetics
- Coordinate cases from production through completion and delivery
- Maintain organized laboratory processes and case tracking using laboratory management software
- Support billing processes and ensure accurate case documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency, expand services, and support growth initiatives

- Single-unit implant restorations
- Crown and bridge cases
- Printed and milled dentures
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, fit, function, and esthetics
- Coordinate cases from production through completion and delivery
- Maintain organized laboratory processes and case tracking using laboratory management software
- Support billing processes and ensure accurate case documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency, expand services, and support growth initiatives
- 5+ years of dental laboratory experience preferred
- Experience as a Dental Lab Manager, Lead Technician, Senior Dental Technician, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of dental restorations and implant workflows
- Experience with CAD/CAM dentistry, digital workflows, milling, and 3D printing
- Experience with full-arch implant cases is highly preferred
- Strong ceramic skills are a plus, including:
- Layered porcelain
- e.max restorations
- Veneers
- Esthetic anterior restorations
- Ability to train, guide, and collaborate with junior laboratory technicians
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and case management
- Leadership role within a modern digital dental laboratory environment
