- Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
- Average Patient Volume: patients per day
- Call Schedule: 1:4 General Orthopedic Surgery call
- Up to 90th Percentile MGMA Base Salary
- Productivity and experience-based compensation structure

- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid upon execution of final contract)
- $25,000 Relocation Assistance (paid upon execution of final contract)
- Student Loan Repayment Program (eligible; not designated as an underserved area)
- CME Allowance: $5,000 per calendar year
- CME Time Off: 5 paid days annually
- Licensure, Dues & Subscriptions: Paid by CPGH
