Psychiatry - Child​/Adolescent Physician

Join North Star Behavioral Health Services in Anchorage, AK, as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an optional Unit Medical Director appointment. Duties

• Provide care for child and adolescent patients (ages 5-18) in the inpatient and residential treatment program.
• Daily average caseload 12-14.
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges following hospital policies.
• Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours and shared call once per month.

• Compensation range: $380,000 + additional potential earnings through productivity bonus structure.
