• Coverage Type: Outpatient + limited inpatient rounding

• Shift Hours: Standard clinical hours (8:00am 5:00pm)

• Duration: January May 2026 (with option for permanent placement)

• Rounding: Some inpatient rounding at hospital located 5 minutes from clinic (walking distance)

• Support Staff:

  • 3 full-time MDs

  • 1 full-time NP

  • 1 per diem NP

• Patient Volume:

  • patients/day

  • 1-hour new consults

  • 30-minute follow-ups

• Orders/Infusion: Paper charts/orders for infusions

• Practice Setting: Oncology & hospital-based

• EMR: Currently Cerner, transitioning to Epic

• Trauma Level: II

• Board Certification: Double Boarded in Hematology & Oncology (Required)

• License: Active Alaska license required

• Experience: Not specified, but strong background in both Hem & Onc required

• Credentialing Timeframe: 6 8 weeks

• Charting Experience: Cerner preferred;
  Epic transition upcoming

• Vaccines: COVID-19 (no exemptions), Flu (no exemptions)

• References: 3 professional references required upon submission
