Locum Tenens Child Neurology Clinic + Virtual Call Anchorage, AKWhy This Role
- Unique hybrid schedule combining in-person clinic and virtual call coverage
- Balanced clinical workload with predictable monthly rotation
- Opportunity to support a large pediatric neurology program Assignment Details
- Start date 8/1/2026
- End date 8/1/2027
- Two weeks per month onsite clinic coverage
- Two weeks per month virtual hospital call coverage
- Clinic hours Mondayâ€"Friday 8amâ€"5pm
- Night call during clinic weeks with 24-hour weekend call
- Virtual call weeks provide 24-hour call coverage from home Clinical Details
- Outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and telehealth coverage
- Approximately 10 patients per shift
- Level II trauma facility
- Multidisciplinary pediatric neurology support team
- Support staff includes RNs, APPs, and clinic staff
- EMR:
Epic Requirements - Board Certified Child Neurology
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
- Ability to obtain Alaska license or temporary Alaska license
- Comfort with hybrid in-person and telehealth coverage Compensation
