The College of Engineering at UAA is accepting applications for our adjunct instructor job pool for the academic year 25-26.
Responsibilities- Teach one or more courses consistently with the course content guides.
- Hold office hours appropriate to the courses taught.
- Be available to work within Alaska for the duration of the assignment.
- Minimum: MA or MS in Engineering or a related field, or an approved exception by the College Dean.
- Relevant experience teaching the specific course content.
- Experience that demonstrates high‑quality instruction to undergraduate students.
This part‑time adjunct instructor position is located on UAA’s main campus in Anchorage, AK.
Minimum salaries are set by the Collective Bargaining Agreement with United Academic – Adjuncts, AAUP‑AFL‑CIO. Salaries may vary based on education and experience.
