Have you completed CA A201, CA A202 or CA A224 at UAA? If so, here is an exciting opportunity to work within the Culinary Arts program!

  • Assist instructor with class
  • Manage reservations and point of sale systems
  • Inventory Control
  • Customer Service
  • FOH duties
  • Cash handling and till reconciliation
  • BOH duties
Minimum Qualifications

Completion of CA A201, CA A202, and/or CA A224 or equivalent experience and Serv Safe Food Protection Manager certification.

Position Details

This is a part-time position up to 20 hours per week while school is in session. Additional hours may be available during the summer and winter breaks. Starting hourly rate is $16.00/hr.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
