L&D Instructional Design Specialist I–II

A health organization in Alaska is seeking a Learning and Development Instructional Design Specialist responsible for designing and developing a variety of adult learning programs. The role includes consultation, needs assessment, and publication of relevant materials for workforce improvement. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in adult education and have at least two years of instructional design experience. Knowledge of the cultural needs of the Alaska Native population is critical.
