  • Review and validate requisitions for completeness, technical alignment, logistics assumptions, and commercial clarity.
  • Lead development and issuance of complex RFQs and RFPs for engineered equipment, services, and supply packages.

  • Work closely with Transportation and Logistics personnel to ensure procurement activities are aligned with approved project logistics plans and seasonal access constraints.
  • Incorporate logistics requirements and assumptions into RFQs, commercial evaluations, and supplier delivery commitments.
  • Assess the impact of transportation constraints on pricing, delivery schedules, packaging, and commercial risk during supplier evaluations.
  • Ensure purchase order terms appropriately reflect logistics responsibilities, delivery points, and schedule expectations.
  • Support logistics and expediting teams by providing timely procurement information for staging, shipment planning, and execution readiness.
  • Interface with engineering, construction, contracts, project controls, quality, logistics, and accounts payable teams.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable procurement records within Worley systems.
  • Update procurement plans, buyer logs, and status reports to reflect schedule, risk, and budget impacts.
  • Provide procurement input to estimating, schedule development, and execution readiness activities.
  • Act as Lead Buyer for assigned packages or scopes as required.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to intermediate and junior buyers supporting the project.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and project‑specific procedures.
