- Support resolution of supplier performance, commercial, and contractual issues
- Work closely with Transportation and Logistics personnel to ensure procurement activities are aligned with approved project logistics plans and seasonal access constraints
- Incorporate logistics requirements and assumptions provided by the project into RFQs, commercial evaluations, and supplier delivery commitments
- Assess the impact of transportation constraints on pricing, delivery schedules, packaging, and commercial risk during supplier evaluations
- Ensure purchase order terms appropriately reflect logistics responsibilities, delivery points, and schedule expectations
- Support logistics and expediting teams by providing timely procurement information for staging, shipment planning, and execution readiness
- Interface with engineering, construction, contracts, project controls, quality, logistics, and accounts payable teams
- Maintain accurate, auditable procurement records within Worley systems
