About the Role:

The Process Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety within our production facilities. This position involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that reduce waste and increase throughput. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, including Minitab and Design of Experiments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and process optimization techniques.
