Imaging Associates is seeking a full-time Guest Services Representative Weekend Lead to join our busy front desk. You will coordinate patient scheduling, registrations, and incoming calls while providing direct weekend leadership to the Guest Services team.
You will work with the Director of Guest Services to direct workflow, train staff, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer service for patients and physicians.
