Game Stop - 1118 North Muldoon Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions/concerns quickly and courteously; assist guests with meeting video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and recommend additional items.;
Support the store environment and initiatives, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that drive sales and loyalty.;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system accurately, including receipt issuance and handling changes.;
Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone; escalate issues to the Store Manager when appropriate.;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates on policies, procedures, and guidelines; observe performance and provide feedback.
