A company is looking for an Actuary I in Enterprise Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze NAIC Risk Based Capital (RBC) and Bermuda Solvency Capital Requirement (BSCR) calculations, including sensitivity and waterfall analyses Allocate corporate surplus capital to product lines and forecast company-wide capital needs annually Report capital risk limits and assist with capital-related strategic initiatives and analyses
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong quantitative background 6 to 9 years of actuarial experience with 7 to 8 actuarial exams, ASA designation required Preferred background in financial and/or capital reporting Advanced Excel skills required; experience in coding and automation is strongly preferred Proficiency in VBA, SQL/Snowflake, or Python is a plus
