What You’ll Do- Grow your portfolio by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones
- Meet with business clients, understand their needs, and structure smart lending solutions
- Analyze financials, cash flow, and credit risk to make sound lending decisions
- Prepare and present loan packages for approval
- Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risk and portfolio quality
- Work with clients to resolve issues, including delinquencies or loan restructuring
- Partner across the organization by referring clients to other banking services
- Represent the bank at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Contribute to projects, committees, and initiatives that support the Lending Division
You’re more than just numbers you’re a communicator, a strategist, and a trusted advisor.
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in a financial institution, including direct lending experience
- Background in sales or account management (small business lending is a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit structures, and accounting principles
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike
- Self‑starter who can prioritize, problem‑solve, and take initiative
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Detail‑oriented with sharp analytical and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfort using standard office equipment and systems
- Participate in community and CRA initiatives
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development
