Pay is depending on experience, minimum $26.47/hour

Job Type: Full-time

• Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries about our treasury management services, becoming the go-to expert for product details and problem resolution.
• Work with Treasury Management Consultants to create customized sales proposals, account structures, and financial documents.
• Prepare and review all documentation for treasury management products, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with post‑sale activities and complex implementation meetings.
• Maintain ongoing training and compliance requirements to stay current with industry regulations.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a support role.
• Experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑departmentally.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently.

• At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with 2 years focused on treasury management.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations such as Reg. D, Reg. E, and BSA.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members and maintain top‑tier procedures.
