Pay depends on experience. Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00/hour.

• Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management and loan payments.
• Build relationships with customers to help them plan, save and succeed financially.
• Suggest products and services that make a difference.
• Learn new systems, keep up with regulations and participate in ongoing training.
• Lead by example for UB III, step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Universal Banker I: 6+ months in cash handling, retail or hospitality.
• Universal Banker II: 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash handling; degree in related field can replace experience.
• Universal Banker III: 3+ years of banking experience, leadership and mentoring experience preferred, able to run the branch in a pinch.
