Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with up to 4 years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare management reports and executive-level financial summaries.
  • Conduct profitability, cost, revenue, and investment analyses.
  • Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather financial and operational data.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and business performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA (Level I/II), CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-growing organizations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal controls.
